Return & Exchanges

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Process:

1. Email returns@jianfess.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Ship items via a tracked carrier to our Hong Kong warehouse (address provided upon approval).

3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Non-Refundable: Final sale items (marked clearly), customized products, and items damaged by misuse.
